BROWSER PROBLEMS

If you find our site processing very slowly or slower than usual on any given day, this may be due to a server problem we are experiencing or heavy traffic on the site or Internet generally. It may also be due to your own computer set-up, modem connection or service provider. Please check to see that these are all functioning properly. If you have specific problems with your browser, refer to Microsoft Support or Netscape Support .

FINDING STORIES, INTERVIEWS AND TRANSCRIPTS

The Business Sunday website has transcripts for stories aired on the TV show dating back to October 1997 and is updated every week. You can search our database of interviews, stories, either by story title or keyword. The search function is accessible on the front page of every section. Your search results can be sorted by date, story type or author.


MAKING A COMPLAINT

Before submitting complaints via e-mail, please note that ninemsn is not responsible for the programming or presentation of the Business Sunday television show. While we are pleased to pass your comments on to the staff and presenters at Channel Nine, we are not able to respond on Channel Nine's behalf.

In accordance with the Australian Broadcasting Authority requirements and the Federation of Australian Commercial Television Stations Code of Practice, complaints about Channel Nine programs should be directed in writing to the television station.

If you have a complaint about a story, programming changes (including those due to sporting events and so on), these are best addressed formally by writing to Channel Nine. Programming complaints can be addressed to the Head of News and Current Affairs or the Programming Director at the address below.

Complaints about items on the Business Sunday program should be directed in writing to the Executive Producer at Business Sunday.

All such letters should be sent to: PO Box 27, Willoughby, NSW 2068.

Complainants should include their name, address and contact phone number. Complaints cannot be addressed by Channel Nine unless they are submitted in this way.


BUYING A COPY OF THE SHOW

If you would like to purchase a copy of a Nine Network story you can e-mail the Nine Network Archives on archives@ninenet.com.au If you do not have an e-mail address you can fax Archives on: (02) 9906 4415 You will need to include the following information:

  • • the date the story went to air
  • • the program in which it aired
  • • why you would like a copy
  • • and your contact details


  • The Nine Network Archives will advise whether the particular story or program you require is available and the costs involved.
